A couple of recent Idaho Statesman stories featured RENA neighbors:
Mary Rohlfing's ducks made the cover of the Sunday Life section in this Jeanne Huff story. You can read all about Mary's farm operation on her web site as well.
A story on xeriscaping featured Jennifer Miller's yard work. Read about the transition from grass to drought-tolerant plants.

A new wine bar will open Friday, July 13 at the former location of the Me Time coffee house. Fortunato will offer wine, beer and paninis in this location. It is owned by same folks who run Lucky 13 Pizza, scheduled to open next door later this summer.

Statesman Editorial: The Cliffs
This week, the Idaho Statesman published this disappointing editorial, suggesting that developments like The Cliffs are actually good for our commuunity and good for wildlife.
Unfortunately, the Statesman has recently shown an unwillingness to publish editorials revealing the farce of promises made by developers. We hope to publish some of those editorials here. In the meantime, keep sending those letters to the Statesman--and read the latest on The Cliffs at Tony Jones' web site.
